What you get

On every code, with no tier to reach - and the picture on screen is the file that comes down.

Colors, shapes and a logo

The squares, the corner rings, a picture in the middle and a frame with a line under it - and the code on screen is the file you download, so what you approve is what gets printed.

18 kinds of code

A web page, yes - and Wi-Fi that joins without anybody typing the password, a contact card, a date for the calendar, an email already addressed, a phone number, a chat.

Point a printed poster somewhere new

Turn on tracking before you print and the square holds one address of ours that never changes - so the destination can move, pause or be counted while the poster stays on the wall. Off, the code holds the address itself and reaches nobody.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?

No. The code is drawn in this tab and the file is yours - nothing is uploaded and nothing is kept. An account keeps the codes you made, saves a look as a template, and turns on the three things that need a server: tracking, dates and a passphrase.

Does the code expire?

Not on its own, and it cannot: a plain QR code is not a link to the content, it *is* the content. What is printed keeps working for as long as the address it holds does. A code with dates on it is the exception, and it works by passing the scan through a page of ours that checks the day.

Can I change where it points after it is printed?

Only if you decided that before printing. Turn tracking on and the square holds one address of ours that never changes, so the destination behind it can be moved, paused and counted afterwards. Leave it off and the square carries the destination itself, and no product can change that later - the paper has it.

Will it still scan with a logo and colours on it?

Yes - the drawing carries a high error-correction level, which is what lets a picture sit in the middle without breaking it. The code on screen is the file you download, so the honest check is the one in front of you: point a camera at it.

What can a code hold?

18 kinds: a web page, plain text, Wi-Fi, a contact card, a calendar event, a location, an email already addressed, a phone number, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, Teams, a social profile, an app or one screen inside it, PayPal and a review page.

PNG or SVG?

Both, from the same picture. SVG is the one a printer asks for - it stays sharp at any size, from a business card to a banner. PNG is for everything that will not take an SVG, and it comes out at 1024 pixels.

Do you see who scans it?

Not for a plain code - the scan never touches anything of ours, so there is nothing to see. A tracked or dated code does come through us, which is the price of being able to move or pause it: we see that a scan happened and roughly where from. Where a dated code is going rides in the part of the address a browser never sends, so that much stays yours.

Is it free, and is there a limit?

Free, with no cap on codes, no watermark, and no size or scan count to reach. The styling, the frames, the logo and every kind of code are all part of it.
